The square pedestal base with incurved sides, raised on four scroll feet, rising to a baluster stem chased with acanthus and supporting an openwork circular dish ring with a large cut-glass dish, with four detachable foliate-clad scroll arms with similar smaller dish ring and four cut-glass small dishes, apparently unmarked
