On four paw feet with floral scroll joins supporting a square tapering plinth with acanthus band, each side applied with stylized floral motif, the tiered central standard formed of everted acanthus leaves, the first tier supporting four acanthus and berry-capped multi-scroll branches with openwork circular dish-rings, each with a cut-glass dish, the third tier supporting a similar large dish-ring with a large cut-glass dish, marked under base, on dish rings and branches
