of oval form, with a border of chased flowers, the handle naturalistically modelled as a flower stalk terminating in a petal shaped taperstick holder, with two further flower-shaped taper holders and baluster shaped snuffer, the central circular ink bottle receiver chased with palmettes and fitted with a cut-glass mounted ink bottle, by John Bridge, 1826 - 22cm long, 16.5oz gross.
