A George III two-handled tray,
of shaped oval outline on four cast foliate and claw feet, with gadroon and shell border, later chased in the centre with foliage and scroll-work and with a presentation inscription, "Presented to W.J.Hoggan Esq., Surgeon R.N. by a number of his friends at Druny and Vicinity as a mark of their sincere regard for him and for the efficient discharge of the Arduous Duties of his profession during the last twenty-five years, 1851, by Benjamin & James Smith, 1811 - 57.5cm long, 90.5oz.
