With nickel-finished jewelled lever movement, the white enamel dial with Roman numerals, blued steel spade hands, aperture for up and down indicator, subsidiary seconds, in massive water-resistant-type circular case with screw down crown, ribbed bezel, the back secured by six screws, downturned lugs, together with an 18K gold Ulysse Nardin buckle, Contrôle Officiel Suisse des Chronomètres Watch Rate Certificate, Ulysse Nardin Certificate, original fitted wooden presentation box and outer packaging, case, dial and movement signed

Lot Essay

This model was made to commemorate the company's 150th Anniversary in 1996 in a limited edition of 250 examples.

Its massive case has been designed to resemble the marine chronometers Ulysse Nardin produced after founding his workshop in Le Locle in 1846.
