With gilt-finished jewelled lever movement, bimetallic compensation balance, the white enamel dial with Arabic numerals, the circular case with translucent blue guilloché enamel bezel with applied floral-shaped platinum and diamond-set floral decoration, hinged back, together with an 18K gold and enamel integral Vacheron & Constantin flexible bangle bracelet, the lugs with translucent blue guilloché enamel and applied platinum and diamond-set scroll decoration, together with original fitted Vacheron & Constantin brown leather presentation box, case, dial and movement signed
