An exhibition standard 1:48 scale rigged and partially planked model of the Royal Naval 12-gun brig H.M.S. Sea Lark
built by M. Puttock with bound masts, yards with footropes, stun's'l booms, standing and running rigging with scale blocks, 'gilded' lion's head figure head, partially planked and pinned deck revealing beams, catheads with lion's head decoration, brass anchors with wooden stocks, finely cut gratings, companionways, bitts, belaying rails and pins, stove pipe, hammock nettings, deck rings, cleats, bilge pumps with brass trunks, scuppers, sail winch, capstan, shot racks and carronades and long gun in slides, brass bound helm, tackle and tiller, clinker built ship's boat with bottom boards, thwarts and oars in stern davits and many other details. The hull, planked and pinned above the main whale and unplanked below, with glazed quarter cabins is finished in contrasting woods and black and mounted on two turned brass columns, display base with legend -- 34½ x 49in. (87.5 x 124.5cm.)

On the Friday one week after the sale, a transfer and administration charge of £17.50 per lot will be payable and a storage charge of £3.00 per lot per day will then come into effect. These charges are payable to Cadogan Tate and are subject to VAT and an insurance surcharge.
