A detailed exhibition standard 18ft:1in scale waterline model of the Thames Spritsail Barge Arrow of circa 1897
modelled by E.J. Walpole and depicted sailing on a starboard reach with masts, boom, rigging with scale blocks, full suit of 'stiched' ocre coloured sails with reefing points, anchor, anchor winch, coiled rope, companionway, hatch overs, decklights, tiller and boat in davits with bottom boards, thwarts and oars, the hull finished in black with ocre coloured bulwarks and light blue deck and mounted on a painted moulded sea, glazed display case with legend -- 9¼in. (23.5cm.) wide

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO CHARGE TO PURCHASERS WHO COLLECT THEIR LOTS WITHIN ONE WEEK OF THE SALE.
On the Friday one week after the sale, a transfer and administration charge of £17.50 per lot will be payable and a storage charge of £3.00 per lot per day will then come into effect. These charges are payable to Cadogan Tate and are subject to VAT and an insurance surcharge.
