A detailed waterline model of the cargo ship S.S. Empire Viceroy, originally built for the Pandelis Shipping Co. Ltd by Vickers-Armstrongs Ltd, circa 1943 and modelled by Bassett Lowke
with masts, ladders, aerials, derricks, rigging, anchors, fairleads, bollards, anchor and deck winches, deck rails, companionways, hatch covers, spare anchor, ventilators, superstructure with bridge, open bridge over with binnacle and range finder, navigation lamps, lockers, spare propellor, stayed funnel in company livery, four covered lifeboats in davits and many other details. The hull, finished in black with yellow bulwarks and grey deck and mounted within a painted sea with builders plate engraved S.S. "EMPIRE VICEROY" Owners: Pandelis Shipping Co. Ltd.
