Surmounted by a central nozzle, flanked by eleven foliate branches, above a spirally fluted urn supported by a kneeling girl, on a circular base with grape and vine border, on a square plinth, the front with a panel depicting an airborne cherub, the sides and back each with a panel depicting flowers, on a stepped spreading base with conforming panels, on bun feet
