Surmounted by a domed cover with pomegranate finial, the inside with red overglaze mark inscribed CHATEAU DES TUILERIES and blue overglaze L L mark inscribed SÈVRES, above a waisted neck, the ovoid body depicting a Boucher-style scene to the front, the back with flying putti, on a spreading socle, on a shaped base with laurel frieze
