An Anglo-Indian metal-mounted sofa
In the Baroque Style, probably Circa 1920
Decorated all over with repoussé foliage, with deeply-buttoned crimson velvet, the arched back with three panels, the central part supported by two finials, centred by a low relief figure of Lord Krishna with his flute, flanked to each side by a padded armrest, each with a lion mask terminal, above a rectangular seat, with shaped front rail, on square baluster legs
