Designed as a four-leaf clover, the circular-cut diamond centre surrounded by pear-shaped sapphire leaflets within a pavé-set diamond border, further enhanced by a fancy-cut diamond stem with marquise-cut diamond apex, mounted in white gold
With certificate GR 1306 dated 03/03/00 from the Hong Kong Jade and Stone Laboratory Limited stating that the sapphire tested is natural blue sapphire, of Sri Lankan origin and shows no signs of thermal treatment
