Chancery 2o (270 x 200 mm). Collation: [1]4. 4 leaves, quire 16 extracted from the 1486 Statuta synodalia Herbipolensis (Goff S-741). Type: 1:112G, Lombard initials. One three-line initial space; an illuminated initial P in colors and gold, perhaps modern work, cut out and pasted in. (Light foxing.) 19th-century half sheep, marbled sides.
