Text with commentary surround, double column, 73 lines of commentary and headline. Types: 7:130G (headlines), 9:80G (text) 6:65G (gloss). 3- and 5-line initial spaces. Opening initial illuminated in gold on a blue ground, painted lily infill, marginal flourish in red; blue and red Lombard initials and paragraph marks. (Mostly marginal worming, 37/12 remargined in the lower margin, not affecting text, some pale browning and marginal soiling). Modern green half morocco, marbled boards.
