Types: 3:112R, 4:90R, 84Gka. 2-, 3- and 5-line initial spaces. Manuscript guide letter in brown ink on a4r. (First 14 leaves with marginal browning, a1-2 with heavier browning and scattered foxmarks, the first 29 leaves with worming in the lower fore-corner (27 leaves repaired), scattered worming and light browning). Modern brown half morocco.

Provenance: early manuscript title on a1r (faded) and marginalia.
