Collation: (Vol. I:) s8 ( blank, r table, v pseudo-Casinensis Sebastianus, life of St Jerome); a8 b-l10 m-z aa-dd8 ee10 (a1r text, ee9v colophon, ee10 blank). 252 leaves (of 254, without the blanks). (Vol. II:) s6 ( blank, r table); A-K10 L-Z AA-KK8 LL10 MM-OO8 PP6 (A1r text, PP6r colophon, PP6v blank). 328 leaves (of 330, without the blanks). 53 lines. Types: 1:111R, Gk. 2-, 4-, and 8-line initial spaces with printed guide letters. Each part with 8-line opening initial in blue with infill and border of floriated red penwork with touches of green wash. Lombard initials and paragraph marks alternately red and blue. (First five leaves in Volume I and last leaf in Volume II mounted on guards, occasional pale marginal foxmarks). Modern calf, by Joseph Ruzicka, edges mottled in the 17th or 18th century, slipcase.
