(Some minor marginal staining and soiling, short tear repaired on o1, just touching a few letters, lacks final blank o6.) 19th-century vellum over pasteboard. Provenance: a few contemporary marginal notes -- Marius Petrensis Erfordianus (1667?) inscription on title -- notes on title in several 17th-century hands, marginalia -- 19th-century manuscript notes on 3 pp. front flyleaves.
