Maker's mark possibly of Jacob Pfaff, Nuremberg, circa 1680; also struck with later Austrian duty mark of 1806/1807
Of circular form, the border chased and embossed with four medallions depicting Roman emperors and four with fruit enclosing a circular medallion of a Roman emperor, wavy rim, the back engraved with "F56", distressed condition
