The pendant set with two bright green plaques carved with bat and coin motifs, sliding open to reveal a seated Buddha in meditation, flanked by blue and green enamelled lotus flowers embellished with a pear-shaped cabochon jadeite and suspending a jadeite bead, the reverse further decorated with enamels, to a 14K gold link chain with carved jadeite spacers, circa 1900
