oval, 1¼ in. (31 mm.) high, gold frame with rose-cut diamond surround, the outer border with enamelled green leaves, surmounted by a monogram JP in rose-cut diamonds, the backing struck with the charge mark of Eloy Brichard, Paris, 1756/1757, maker's mark indistinct
