Rectangular box with rounded cornes, the concave sides and base decorated with rectangular panels of horizontal engine-turning with interruptions forming a pattern of floating arrow-heads within borders with foliate spandrels, within plain borders, the lid centred with a cartouche-shaped blank reserve surrounded by interwoven foliate scrolls on an engine-turned peaked ground, the slightly raised thumbpiece cast with flowers; with original case
