For a large candlestick of similar height, proportions and identically decorated, see Brinker and Lutz, Chinese Cloisonne, The Pierre Uldry Collection, New York, 1989, no. 250. See also the photograph in ibid., p. 30, fig. 6, showing another cloisonne vase with similar ornate handles among the cloisonne furnishings of the Musee Chinois installed in the Palace of Fontainebleau in 1863 by Napoleon III, formerly in the Yuanmingyuan. Another photograph ibid., p. 53, fig. 29, shows a cloisonne altar garniture similarly decorated with stylised lotus and gilt-bronze handles, from the Dangzhe Temple near Beijing.
