A FINELY CARVED RHINOCEROS HORN LIBATION CUP
18TH CENTURY

The interior and exterior well carved with large veined leaves borne on a branch of Buddha's hand citron which forms the handle at one end and also bears a large citron on which the vessel rests, with smaller subsidiary branches bearing fruit rising towards the front of the vessel, the patina of rich reddish-brown tone (small repair to rim)
