Inlaid overall with ebonised lines and banded in satinwood, the bowfronted rectangular top above a central part mahogany-lined frieze drawer and arched recess, flanked to each side by a deep part mahogany-lined drawer, on square tapering legs with spade feet, the drawers flanked by satinwood-inlaid oval panels, the right-hand drawer previously lead-lined, with paper label to the inside of the frieze drawer inscribed in ink 'Major The Honble.
