Both with a continuous curving crest rail with scrolled arms, supported by alternating curved and straight supports, brass reinforcements fitted, the bowed vertical splat carved in relief with a cartouche of a stylised ruyi, the cane seats on plain legs, below a shaped apron carved with a foliate and keyfret design, the four feet united by base strechers
