The rectangular body decorated to each side with a taotie mask divided by raised flanges at the corners and to the mid-section below a border of chilong, supported on four shaped legs formed as archaistic dragons attached to the flat base decorated with stylised floral scrolls, dragon-shaped handles, the pierced wood domed cover carved in openwork with peaches and grapes below a gilt finial, decorated in open-work with scrolling lotus above a double lotus petal foot, the stand carved with fruiting vines and further peaches
