with swivel bezel, one side with locket compartment within faceted black glass surround, the reverse with the legend "BY THE GRACE OF GOD I AM WHAT I AM" against black enamel ground, the split chased shoulders with shell motif and reeded shank, the interior with inscription "Thom's Bailey Esq obt. 13 Feb, 1828, aet. 75", hallmarks for London 1827, and maker's mark G.P. finger size - N1/2
