Circa 1825, iron-red stencilled mark for the rue Vivienne
The cup of cylindrical form with everted lip, the rosette-scroll handle issuing from a mask terminal, raised on three paw feet, finely painted with a view of the Place reserved between beaded bands on the claret ground further decorated in gilt and en grisaille with bands of bell flowers and stylized lotus, the interior of the cup gilt, the claret saucer decorated en suite between gilt beaded bands
