The square upper section with panelled sides and with clock to the front and barometer to the back, the sides with a pierced champlevé roundel, the clock movement stamped HORS CONCOURS/BESANCON/189[..]/LS BONAME/(DOURS)/SELANCOURT, above a vitrine section with glazed sides and a pair of onyx shelves, the angles with champlevé columns, on square base cast with flower festoons, on shaped plinth and fluted feet
