A Spode botanical composite part dessert-service
Circa 1820, iron-red upper-case script marks and pattern numbers 1987, 1989 and 2004
Painted with bouquets of flowers within lavender-ground borders moulded with white flower-sprays divided by specimen flowers, comprising:
A pair of ice-pails, covers and liners
A pair of quatrefoil sauce-tureens, covers and stands (one cover broken into six sections and repaired, one stand with hairline crack)
A two-handled oval centre-dish
Four oval quatrefoil dishes
Four smaller oval quatrefoil dishes
Four octagonal dishes
Forty octagonal plates (one with slight chip)
(some very slight wear and minor flakes to enamels)
