A Strasbourg blue and white centrepiece
Circa 1740
The shaped oval shallow bowl painted with a central tied flower-spray within a border of foliage scrolls and flowers suspending drapery, supported on four dolphin and female mask legs resting on a shaped oval stepped base with stylised flowers and foliage (bowl with restored rim chip and associated crack, very slight glaze flaking)
7¾in. (19.5cm.) high
