Oliver Pasetto was born in 1965 in Germany, but being a Swiss national, he now lives and works in Winterthur. Following a four year apprenticeship to a goldsmith and further training at the Zurich School of Design, he graduated in 1986. He then gained many years of professional experience before starting his Studio for Jewellery and Design. In 1998, he won the De Beer's Diamonds-International Award, for this bracelet from his "Andromeda" collection which was inspired by the spiral galaxy and Greek mythology.
