Circa 1750, the mounts with décharge of Eloy Brichard, Paris 1756-62
Modelled as a tortoise with a brightly coloured blue, pink, yellow and brown moulded carapace, the cover moulded and coloured with a loose bouquet, the interior of the cover enamelled with a loose bouquet (slight rubbing to underside of cover)
