A Sèvres (hard paste) blue-ground vase Medici
1834, printed blue mark, gilder's N...34, indistinct incised mark
The simulated lapis-lazuli ground decorated in platinum and gilt with a band of meandering flowers and berried foliage above a band of pendant foliage and loop ornament, the lower part with bands of plants in arched panels and pendant stylised anthemion, on a circular spreading foot and square base similarly decorated, gilt band rims (minute chips to bottom edge of base, minute chipping to top of stem)
