The Rectaflex camera was originally made in Rome from 1948-1953. The company was later partly sold by its founder, Telemaco Corsi, to investors in Liechtenstein with the aim of producing cameras with light meters. The Liechtenstein-made cameras were produced in very limited numbers. Three previous examples with the serial numbers 40036, 40036 and 40219 have been offered.
