A Meissen figure of an Imperial shepherdess
Circa 1750, blue crossed swords mark at back
Modelled by F.E. Meyer, in white scarf, pink-lined yellow jacket, blue and black bodice, blue flowered skirt and pink shoes with turquoise bows, holding her crook and standing before a mound with a sheep and a gilt winged flaming heart at her feet, on a scroll-moulded mound base enriched in gilt and applied with flowers and foliage (index finger and little finger to her right hand lacking, front leg of sheep lacking, chips to edge of her jacket, one ear of sheep and flowers and foliage)
