A George IV Scottish mahogany longcase clock, second quarter 19th century
The breakarch hood with replaced wavy arch cresting and glass side panels, brass bezel, the 3/4 length trunk door with arched top and line inlay, flanked by fluted pilasters and with conforming panel below, the plinth with later skirting, the white repainted iron 13in. diameter dial with Roman chapters, signed John Carruthers Dunbar in the centre between subsidiary seconds and calendar rings, brass hands, with falseplate to the four pillar rack striking movement with anchor escapement -- 83in. (211cm.) high

On the Thursday 14 September a transfer and administration charge of £18.50 per furniture lot, and £9.25 per non-furniture lot; and a storage charge of £3.20 per furniture lot and £1.60 per non-furniture lot per day; will come into effect. These charges are payable to Cadogan Tate and are subject to VAT and an insurance surcharge.
