The hood with stepped breakarch and glazed side panels, with brass capped pilasters to the door, later throat mouldings, with crossbanded trunk door and on later plinth, the 12in. brass dial with engraved border to the arch above a painted rolling moon, later bird and urn spandrels to silvered chapter ring with fleur-de-lys half hour markers, signed Jas Norman Poole, the matted centre with subsidiary seconds ring and date aperture (dial chipped to one corner), the five pillar rack striking movement with anchor escapement; associated, dial and movement mid 18th century, case second quarter 18th century and with replacements to veneers -- 86¼in. (219cm.) high

Lots will be available for collection following transfer to Cadogan Tate from the Friday 8 September and every week-day from 9.00a.m. to 5.00p.m.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO CHARGE TO PURCHASERS WHO COLLECT THEIR LOTS WITHIN ONE WEEK OF THIS SALE.
On the Thursday 14 September a transfer and administration charge of £18.50 per furniture lot, and £9.25 per non-furniture lot; and a storage charge of £3.20 per furniture lot and £1.60 per non-furniture lot per day; will come into effect. These charges are payable to Cadogan Tate and are subject to VAT and an insurance surcharge.
Please note: All charges due to Cadogan Tate must be paid at the time of collection from their warehouse. Only payment by cash, credit card or bankers draft will be accepted.
