On spreading circular foot, chased with stylised foliage on a matted ground, the oval glass body with openwork scrolling foliage mid-rib and leaf-capped scroll handle, the neck mount cast and chased with foliage on a matted ground and with hinged domed cover with wrythen finial, the neck mount engraved with a crest and motto and cypher ES, marked on foot mount, neck and cover, the foot mount detached
