Mid 18th Century
Inlaid à quatre face, and banded overall in tulipwood, the retangular top inlaid with two simulated panels, the hinged shaped fall-front inlaid with a patera and flanked by scrolling foliage, enclosing a fitted interior with four open compartments and six stepped small drawers, above a red velvet-lined writing-surface , above two short drawers and a long drawer, the apron carved with scrolling foliage, on slightly splayed legs, minor restorations
