With later added circular nickel-finished jewelled lever movement, the white dial with Roman numerals, the rectangular case with cabochon sapphire-set crown, the back secured by four screws in the band,case hand-stamped with Cartier reference numbers and signed E.W. & Co, dial bearing the signature of Cartier, the later added movement signed Longines
