The German company NSU actually dates back to 1892 when the initials, short for the village of Neckarsolm, were first registered. NSU began motorcycle production on some scale and became famous for their innovation, design and racing success, with their car operation slowly but surely establishing itself.

The 1960 Prinz IIE combined all the attributes to attract both the microcar market and those seeking to buy a 'real' small car. It seats four passengers and has two fully reclining front seats upholstered in classic Sixties white vinyl and leopard skin, with grey rubber floor mats. It has a rare factory fitted sunroof and the attractive curved rear windows are in place and in good condition.

The car is complete and intact and the 583cc engine turns over but requires a full rebuild.

A chance to acquire an engaging little vehicle which will make a rewarding restoration project.
