With pin-and-ribbon to the outer edge, concave recess to the ovolo back edge, the ovolo with overlaid acanthus descending to a recessed fascia, raised husk course, minor mouldings to the sight edge -- 17½ x 11½ x 4¼in. (44.4 x 29.2 x 10.8cm.); and a smaller Victorian gilt composite frame in the French style, late 19th century (2)
