The gilt-ground body decorated in colors with an oval medallion depicting a crowned lady with a pink and fur cloak, holding a cross in her arms before a ray of light, the reverse with an inscription in Cyrillic surrounded by ciselé decoration, and pierced with two openings, (the enamels slightly scratched, the gilding slightly worn)
