Egyptian revival style, oblong and on six bracket feet under a stylized lotus flower border with pharoah's heads at intervals, with two globular pots with hinged covers with snake and pyramid finials flanking a central oblong box with hinged cover surmounted by a fully-modelled sphinx, marked under base, on covers and box, also stamped 'R&S GARRARD & CO HAYMARKET LONDON'
