On four openwork shell and scroll feet rising to an openwork apron of laurel and berry garlands centering cast oval medallions with urns, the tapering fluted neck chased with garlands and surmounted by a central pierced boat-shaped basket applied with laurel garlands centering beaded oval medallions, with eight reeded scroll branches supporting four similar smaller oval baskets and four circular dishes, each with glass liner, the central basket engraved with inscription THE GIFT OF JOSEPH WILKINSON ESQ.R, each basket and dish engraved with crest over monogram S on each side, marked on frame, baskets, dishes and branches
