decorated in gold, silver and coloured hiramaki-e and takamaki-e and foil with a buriburi (hexagonal rolling toy) with tassels and itomari (balls of wound thread); compartments, risers, shoulders and rims gold lacquer; 3.5/8in. (9.2cms) high, signed in gold hiramaki-e underneath Koma Yatsutada saku (made by Koma Yasutada), late 18th/19th Century; stone ojime; red lacquer guri manju netsuke carved with scrolls, 19th Century.
