A pair of Canton enamel saucer dishes
decorated in famille rose enamels with central roundels of butterflies in flight above clusters of fruit and flower sprays within pink and yellow ground borders of bats amongst clouds, scrolling flowers and foliage, the undersides with broad band of further scrolling flowers, the bases with stylised phoenix amongst clouds -- 6.3/8in. (16cms) diam, Qianlong, (light pitting, one with light surface cracks).
