A Cantonese armorial plate
painted and gilt with a central crest bearing three boars' heads and surmounted by a further boar's head, bearing the motto 'Fortuna Vectem Sequitur' on a ground of peacocks and other birds in a garden of peonies and magnolia -- 9¾in. (24.7cms) diam; and a famille rose export dish decorated with clusters of peonies, chrysanthemums, lingzhi, lilies and lotus sprays -- 8¾in. (22.2cms) diam, 18th Century.
